    Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst / PMO (Transaction Banking) to support digital transformation and system implementation projects within the banking industry.This role focuses on Cash Management and Trade Finance projects, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Drive Business Analyst activities for Transaction Banking projects, including Cash Management and Trade Finance.
    - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
    - Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    - Support PMO activities, including project planning, timeline management, and project governance.
    - Prepare technical and functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, and test documentation.
    - Support banking system implementation and business transformation initiatives.
    - Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
    - Develop operational procedures and user documentation for new systems and processes.
    - Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
    - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical business solutions.

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project PMO, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
    - Experience in the banking industry, with exposure to Transaction Banking.
    - Proven experience in preparing technical and functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, and test documentation.
    - Hands-on experience in end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.
    - Experience supporting or delivering banking system implementation or transformation projects.
    - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience delivering banking projects within a consulting environment.
    - Experience in Cash Management and/or Trade Finance projects.
    - Experience conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users.
    - Experience preparing operational procedures and user manuals for new systems.
