    Our client is a well-established retail company in Singapore, looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to support its branding and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Plan, create, and publish engaging content across the company's social media platforms.
    - Design and edit images, graphics, and short-form videos using Canva or similar design tools.
    - Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate posting schedules.
    - Conduct research on social media trends, local market trends, regulations, and relevant information before publishing content.
    - Monitor content performance and social media engagement, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    - Gather content ideas and feedback from internal stakeholders to continuously enhance content quality.
    - Liaise with external partners and marketing representatives regarding promotional activities.
    - Visit retail outlets to conduct photography and video shooting for promotional purposes.
    - Support branding, marketing, and other administrative duties as assigned.

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a retail store or consumer-facing business.
    - Proficient in both English and Mandarin, as this role requires creating social media content targeting Mandarin-speaking customers and communicating with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
    - A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
    - Able to maintain an objective, customer-focused mindset and make decisions from the user's perspective.
    - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    - Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and willing to continuously learn and improve.
    - Flexibility to work primarily at the office, with occasional assignments at retail stores when required for back-office support

    (Advantageous)
    - Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design/editing tools.
