  Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are seeking for RPA & AI Engineer to join our Production Service Innovation team. In this role, you will work with experienced engineers and stakeholders to design and implement practical AI-driven automation solutions that improve business processes.
  
  This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI, RPA, and real-world deployments.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  1. Identify & Analyze Automation Opportunities
  - Work with Production Service, Sales, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities
  - Map existing workflows and propose AI + RPA solutions
  
  2. Develop & Prototype Solutions
  - Build proof-of-concepts using low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) or Python
  - Design end-to-end automation (e.g., AI data extraction → RPA execution)
  
  3. Design & Implement RPA Workflows
  - Develop bots for tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system integration
  - Ensure smooth integration with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365)
  
  4. Integrate AI with Automation
  - Configure and apply AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics)
  - Embed AI APIs into RPA workflows for intelligent automation
  
  5. Monitor, Optimize & Improve
  - Track performance (accuracy, success rate, time saved)
  - Refine models, workflows, and automation logic based on feedback
  
  6. Documentation & User Support
  - Create user guides and training materials
  - Support users and troubleshoot automation issues
  
  7. Reporting & Innovation
  - Prepare reports on performance, ROI, and improvements
  - Stay updated on AI and RPA trends and recommend new solutions
