Our client is a reputable Japanese company specializing in global logistics solutions. They are seeking a capable and hands-on Executive (Corporate and Administration) to join their Planning-HR-Admin Department of the Corporate Division. This role is well suited for candidates with at least 7 years of experience.
The primary responsibility of this role is administrative support, including administering employee training, awards, leave, and claims processing, corporate card and air travel bill management, and driving digitisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also support expatriate management, including coordinating employment and dependent pass applications and handling housing and tenancy-related matters.
The secondary responsibility of this role is to support corporate communication. The successful candidate will work closely with country managers to implement initiatives driven by our Japan Headquarters, strengthen communication across the Group companies, support regional corporate communication efforts, and ensure consistent corporate values and branding across the South Asia region.

【 Responsibilities 】
Administrative support
- Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long-service awards, processing leave and claims, managing corporate card and air travel bills, and driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Support for expatriates on international assignments in coordinating employment passes, dependent passes, and handling housing and tenancy agreements.
Corporate communication
- Coordinate the implementation of initiatives from Japan Headquarters in working closely with South Asia country managers and strengthening regional communications by improving internal alignment across the Group companies, supporting corporate communication, and ensuring consistent corporate values and branding across the South Asia region.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Communications, PR, or similar
- At least 7 years of experience in administration, regional coordination, and corporate communications
- At least 2 years of proven track record in coordination and collaboration with cross-border teams and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
(Advantageous)
- Prior experience in a multinational, Japanese, or matrixed organization is preferred.英語
