  Our client, a Japanese company specializing in the manufacturing and sales of pastries and sweets, is currently looking for a Regional Marketing & Product Planning Manager.
  
  This role will be responsible for marketing and product strategy across the Southeast Asia region, working closely with franchise partners in each country to enhance brand value and drive business growth.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Lead product planning and development initiatives based on local market trends and consumer insights
  - Develop and execute regional marketing and promotion strategies (monthly / annual)
  - Strengthen brand consistency through brand guidelines and operational regulations
  - Support franchise partners with marketing campaigns, promotional tools, and product launches
  - Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to develop marketing strategies
  - Coordinate with headquarters and regional partners including distributors, operations teams, product development and designers
  - Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize return on investment
  - Contribute to regional brand strategy and business expansion planning across Southeast Asia
