    Our client is a Japanese FMCG company that provides high-value-added products and services in various areas. They are looking for an Assistant Manager, Marketing.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide support for distributors and direct sales activities
    - Create, maintain and manage Social Networking Service content
    - Handle confirmation of tone and manners of Point of Sale Materials created by agency
    - Handle implementation of exhibition
    - Manage Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line marketing
    - Plan and implement quantitative and qualitative research
    - Survey the current situation in existing businesses
    - Survey and research on new country and market
    - Conduct business feasibility analysis of new area
    - Conduct customer target survey at new country
    - Search for new distributors and partners
    - Plan for new product launching and brand selection
    - Discuss with sales team for new product pricing
    - Draft a new entry country business plan
    - Handle business planning
    - Build network with the same industry and cultivate new customers
    - Get the latest information to communicate with other internal departments
    - Manage and guide one subordinate (based in Thailand) to be able to work independently.

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
    - Hands-on marketing experience across Southeast Asian markets
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
    - Experience in digital marketing, including the use of Social Networking Services (SNS)
    - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (both verbal and written)
    - Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    - Willing to travel frequently to Southeast Asian countries for work purposes

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in business development or new market entry planning
    - Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva or similar platforms
    - Prior experience in supervising or guiding junior team members
