Our client is one of the largest IT companies in Japan, and they are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to further expand their business in Singapore.【Responsibilities】- Lead proposal-based sales activities for Japanese corporations (primarily management-level stakeholders) in: • ICT solutions • AI-related solutions • Recommerce business for pre-owned mobile devices • Digital marketing • CDP (Customer Data Platform) • Robotics • Cross-border business projects, etc.- Collaborate closely with the Japan headquarters on new business initiatives, joint projects, and strategic partnerships with group companies and investment portfolio firms.- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing.- Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies as a team leader.- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior sales members.
