Our client is a leading organizational transformation and HR consulting firm. They are currently seeking an Associate (Japanese Speaking) to join their Singapore team. This role involves supporting organizational transformation initiatives and working closely with clients to drive employee engagement and business growth across Southeast Asia.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Analyze employee survey data to identify organizational strengths, cultural challenges, and key areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
- Partner with C-suite executives and HR leaders to understand business challenges and co-develop customized organizational transformation, employee engagement, and change management solutions.
- Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with organizations facing complex people and organizational challenges.
- Design and implement strategies that enhance employee motivation, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with client stakeholders to drive alignment and support successful transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide ongoing recommendations to ensure sustainable organizational change.
- Collaborate with internal and regional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and contribute to business growth across Southeast Asia.
- Stay informed of market trends and emerging organizational development practices to identify new opportunities and provide value-added solutions to clients.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional working experience.
- Candidates without direct industry experience are welcome to apply if they possess a strong interest in organizational transformation and consulting.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above) is required for business communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willing to travel for client engagements when required.
(Advantageous)
- Experience in HR consulting or a related field.
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.英語
