Our client is a Japanese MNC company that supplies and manufactures industrial materials. They are currently looking for an Engineer that will perform both Engineer tasks (50-60%) and sales tasks (30-40%).
Reporting to Sales Technical Manager
【 What you will be doing 】
Application Activities
- Meeting with vendors to decide the design and specifications
- Discuss with customers about specifications and make the quotation
- Ensure that assembled machine condition is following spec.
- Check the application on the machine
- Install the machine on the customer site (overseas)
Sales Activities
- Meet with customers to check current usage conditions and propose new products
- Support customers when they make in trouble or need support
- Through product presentation/demonstration, educate customers and build good relationships with them
- Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reporting to superiors on sales & marketing activities and action plans.
- Prepare quotations for direct handling projects.
- To ensure payment collection (Account Receivable)
- To close every possible deal and sale through dealer and/or direct.
Business Development
- Communicate with group company staff including overseas to get more details product information and develop to establish a new customer range
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the market, competitors, and own product knowledge
- Any other ad hoc task request from the superior.
Others
- Cooperate and communicate among the team to raise up motivations each other.

【 What they are looking for 】
- Possess Diploma in Engineering is a must
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in a manufacturing company in both technical or Sales Engineer role
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome! Training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written
- Willing to do light traveling depending on experience
- Possess driving license (class 3) and own a car is preferred英語
