Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment, and they are currently looking for a Customer Engineer (Japanese speaking).【 Responsibilities 】- Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment.- Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability, and implement continuous machine improvements.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.- Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures.
