Keep abreast of local and regional legal developments and conduct research to deliver well-informed legal opinions and advice. Compliance 1. Supporting legal and regulatory compliance matters. 2. Support and keep track of regulatory requirements and changes including competition/anti-trust laws, anti-bribery laws, environmental health & safety, data privacy etc. 3. Draft, review and maintain compliance-related documents, such as company regulations and policies. 4.
