【 業務内容 】
・シンガポール国内2店舗の店舗運営・マネジメント全般
・売上・原価・人件費などの数値管理および利益改善
・店舗KPIの分析、改善施策の立案・実行
・店長・スタッフの採用、教育、育成、評価
・シフト作成および適切な人員配置
・接客・サービス品質の維持・向上
・食材・在庫・発注・ロス管理
・衛生管理および食品安全基準の維持
・本社へのレポーティングおよび店舗改善提案
・将来的な新店舗立ち上げおよび事業拡大プロジェクトへの参画
Qualifications
Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・飲食業界での店舗マネジメント経験(3年以上目安)
・店長、エリアマネージャー、または複数店舗管理の経験
・売上・原価・人件費などの数値管理経験
・スタッフの採用・教育・育成・評価経験
・リーダーシップを発揮し、チームをマネジメントできる方
・店舗運営改善や業務改善を主体的に推進できる方

This role focuses on expanding recurring service revenue through Customer Support Agreements, Production Services, System Engineering Support, and other value-added service solutions.Rather than focusing on new customer acquisition or lead generation, this role is centered on solution selling, recurring business management, and developing long-term customer partnerships.
