    Our client is a Japanese wedding production company that provides wedding planning services for Singapore-based couples who wish to hold their wedding ceremonies in Japan.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and execute business strategies for the Singapore market
    - Promote wedding services and acquire new customers
    - Build partnerships with travel agencies, wedding-related businesses, and other stakeholders
    - Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
    - Coordinate with the headquarters in Japan and local partners
    - Support local business operations and future expansion plans
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
    - At least 3 years of sales experience in the wedding, bridal, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
    - Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
    - Proven experience in business development, sales, partnership development, business planning, or related functions


    (Advantageous)
    - Strong business network and market knowledge within Singapore
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth
    - Experience in launching or expanding a new business, market, or operation
