Job Description
Our client, a renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Leasing Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.
This role will play a key part in identifying suitable retail locations, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and mall management, and supporting the successful execution of the company's expansion strategy.
【Responsibilities】
- Liaise with mall management, landlords, and property agents to identify and secure suitable F&B locations.
- Maintain regular communication with mall management to explore leasing and expansion opportunities.
- Understand the company's leasing requirements and support site selection and store expansion plans.
- Coordinate site visits, leasing discussions, and related stakeholder communications.
- Monitor and analyse store sales performance, rental costs, and business trends to evaluate store viability and support leasing timeline and expansion strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Department, including report preparation, filing, and coordination of daily activities.
- Support supervisors and management with ad hoc leasing, licensing, and expansion projects.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, retail expansion, property management, real estate, or store development. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager role.
- At least 2 years of experience working and dealing as a tenant with shopping malls, landlords, property developers, commercial real estate agencies, or retail/F&B operators.
- Good understanding of retail leasing practices, tenancy agreements, and commercial property operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess location potential, occupancy costs, rental structures, and business feasibility.
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise, negotiate, and communicate with English and Mandarin stakeholders
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with landlords and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
(Advantageous)
- Experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Experience supporting multi-outlet retail or F&B expansion projects.
- Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements related to F&B operations in Singapore will be an added advantage.
