    Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. As part of its continued growth in Singapore, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Order Fulfillment Executive to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.

    The Factory Order Fulfillment Executive plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate execution of customer and manufacturing orders across the supply chain. This position is responsible for end-to-end order management, shipment coordination, supplier communication, and process optimization to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Manage and execute customer and factory orders accurately and efficiently, from order entry through delivery fulfillment.
    - Monitor order status and backlog closely, proactively addressing delays, shortages, or fulfillment issues with internal stakeholders.
    - Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
    - Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchase order discrepancies, shipping document issues, damaged goods, or delivery concerns.
    - Prepare and process shipping, import/export, and trade compliance documentation accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    - Act as the key escalation point for order fulfillment and shipment-related operational issues.
    - Analyze current fulfillment workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
    - Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to supply chain optimization projects.
    - Maintain accurate records and data within ERP systems and internal reporting tools.
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, finance, manufacturing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
    - At least 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, or business process functions within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts
    - Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational efficiency initiatives is a must
    - Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics processes, and quote-to-cash workflows.
    - Familiarity with import/export procedures and trade compliance documentation.
    - Proficient in ERP systems (especially Oracle ERP)
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to be self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
    - Comfortable with sole contributor role

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a semiconductor MNC company
    - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
    - Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools will be an added advantage.
