Job Description
Our client is an SME construction company (subcon). They are e seeking a Contracts Administrator (Electrical) to support contract administration functions for ongoing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects.
【Responsibilities】
- Draft and issue contractual letters and formal correspondence to clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of Variation Orders (VOs) and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
- Review contract documents, specifications, and technical drawings for compliance
- Track contractual obligations, deadlines, and submission timelines
- Liaise with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Maintain proper records of all contractual documents and correspondence
- Follow up on outstanding contractual issues and responses
Qualifications
Requirement
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of Contracts Administrative experience in the construction or M&E industry
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, VO, and EOT processes
- Able to interpret technical drawings and contract documents
- Good written communication skills with the ability to draft formal letters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced project environmentEnglish Level
