Job Description
Our client is a growing Japanese insurance services company, seeking an Admin & Accounts Officer to join their expanding team and provide support in both administrative and accounting functions.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Handle general administrative tasks and basic accounting, including maintaining accounting records, processing expense claims, issuing cheques per instructions, and preparing necessary accounting documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and other general accounting duties.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting login issues and resolving minor technical problems.
- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and smooth delivery of IT services.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) for effective communication with Japanese counterparts.
- Strong communication skills and a team player with an adaptable approach.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping principles.English Level
