    Our client is one of the biggest Japanese Manufacturers. Currently, they are looking for a Service Engineer.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
    - Conduct technical training for customers on equipment operation, setup, and maintenance.
    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for semiconductor equipment.
    - Provide after-sales technical support and field service to customers.
    - Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities with internal teams.
    - Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    - Assess customer needs and provide appropriate equipment solutions.
    - Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the team to realize them.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
    - Minimum 2 years of experience servicing semiconductor equipment used for pre-assembly processes
    - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
    - Resourceful, independent, with integrity and drive
    - Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
    - Willing to travel to Japan or the South Asia region when required

    (Advantageous)
    - Available to start on short notice
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
