    Our client is a renowned telecommunications firm from Japan offering extensive global and local communication solutions tailored to the unique needs of each region. They are currently seeking a Senior Presales Network Consultant to join their esteemed organization.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Support the sales team by providing product knowledge, technical advice, and solution recommendations.
    - Understand customers’ business and technical requirements to identify sales opportunities and suitable solutions.
    - Design and propose network solutions that align with customers’ goals and deliver optimal value for their investment.
    - Present technical solutions to customers, prepare proposals, and provide cost estimates.
    - Stay up to date with market and technology trends to propose new or improved products and services.
    - Collaborate closely with technology and business partners to build and strengthen relationships.
    - Ensure smooth project handover to the post-sales team for implementation.
    - Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and promote additional services.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - At least a Diploma degree in any field
    - Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience with a focus on network technologies.
    - Solid understanding and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Cisco Data Center technologies, Network Security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, or Cisco WLAN.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
    - Proven track record in customer-facing or presales roles, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth within existing accounts.
    - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and global partners to deliver complex network solutions.
