  • Job Description

    Our client, a leading IT company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Senior Analyst to support the finance team in Singapore.

    Reporting To: CFO

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Coordinate various matters with the head office in Japan in English.
    - Handle full-set accounting transactions for the Singapore entity, from data entry to financial reporting, and analyze account information.
    - Liaise with bankers, internal auditors, and external auditors for the Singapore entity.
    - Perform variance analysis on subsidiaries’ monthly financial reports, inventory, and ageing receivables.
    - Conduct monthly meetings to review reports submitted by subsidiaries’ accountants.
    - Provide monthly financial overviews to the Regional CFO.
    - Review accounting processes and procedures within the Southeast Asia region.
    - Participate in system implementation projects and support regional meetings or events.
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must）
    - Diploma or higher, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting operations, including financial analysis and coordination with auditors and headquarters.
    - Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.
    - Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
    - Proficiency in MS Excel (including V-lookup, Pivot Table, and other advanced functions).
    - Willingness and ability to travel to Southeast Asian countries.
    - Stable employment record, preferably at least 2 years with the same employer.

    Advantageous:
    - Experience handling accounting or financial operations across multiple countries or regions.
    - Hands-on experience in preparing financial reports and documentation in English.
