日系大手金融機関において、受付(Receptionist)を募集しております。オフィス管理チームの一員として、フロント業務全般および受付業務を管理し、日常業務が円滑に行われるよう様々な管理業務をサポートしていただくポジションです。
【 業務内容 】
- 外部会議室の予約管理および関連手配の調整
- 来客エリアや共有エリアの外観や機能性を高めるための管理・取り組み
- 受付・接客時などの接遇研修の実施
- 来客エリアのガイドラインを作成・維持、遵守の徹底
- 会社のイメージに沿った装飾品、食器、その他の物品の調達・管理
- 事務用品(名刺、印鑑、ファイル、新聞、コピー用紙、飲料、金融関連端末、文房具、トナーなど)の在庫照合の処理
- 銀行の帳票や封筒の照合管理
- 文房具、印刷カレンダー、紅包、和暦カレンダー、手帳などの事務用品の監視・管理
- 社外会議室使用料、通信料金、サーバーラック、共有スペース費用の請求調整
- コーポレートホテルの料金交渉と予約管理
- ビザ申請、海外旅行保険申告など、出張手配のアシスト
- その他、上司の指示による一般的な事務作業
