Job Description
Our client is a reputable Japanese company that provides digital solutions to businesses and individuals. They are looking for a Commercial Sales Account Manager to join their team.
【Responsibilities】
1. Sales Generation:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our printing and IT services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
4. Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients. The ability to present our value proposition effectively is extremely important in this role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

- At least 2 years of sales experience in IT office automation or similar industry
