• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of temperature sensors. They are urgently looking for a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager for the Sales department.
  
  Reporting to: Sales Director
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations with necessary specs and/or drawings within 48 hours.
  - Maintain good relationships and liaise with customers.
  - Involved in sales promotions and presentations.
  - Advises on the use and application of products, but detailed technical assistance is referred to the technical support.
  - Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities.
  - Responsible for order processing and ensuring delivery is made per customer’s request date.
  - Responsible for following up with overdue payments from customers.
  - Responsible to report to Sales Manager
  - Prepare sales-related reports as requested by the Sales Manager.
  - To maintain good after-service for customers at all times.
  - Support Sales Executives/ Engineers/ Managers on any other sales-related activities.
  - To draft/achieve a sales target for assigned customers.
  - To plan a sales strategy to achieve the target
