    Our Client is a global entertainment company providing content, products and services full of creativity and innovation to people around the world. In this role, an Sales Support(Japanese Speaking) is responsible for supporting Sales Manager's project coordination and be responsible for Office Administrative operations.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    Supporting Projects:
    - Collaborate with teams on special projects, providing administrative support.
    - Conduct research and compile data for projects and presentations.
    - Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
    - Translate from Japanese into English and vice versa during the meeting with Japan HQ.

    Data Entry and Documentation:
    - Translation of existing documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
    - Minute taking in English for meetings held in Japanese.
    - Assist in data entry and maintenance of company databases.
    - Prepare and update documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
    - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Administrative Support:
    - Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and team members.
    - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
    - Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
    - Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.

    Office Management:
    - Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is in working order.
    - Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
    - Oversee office cleanliness and organization, fostering a productive work environment.


  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Diploma and above in any fields
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to translate documents and communicate with HQ during meeting.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    - A proactive approach to work and willingness to take on new challenges.

    - Experience in the Trading Card Game or entertainment industry is a strong bonus.
    - Working Experience in a small start-up company is highly welcomed.
    - Be able to start to work immediately or in a short period.
