Job Description
日系金融機関にて事務職を募集しております。代表取締役のアシスタントとして、日常のオペレーション業務を主に携わっていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・経理業務(Webバンキングでの決済処理、出納、請求書発行、帳簿入力、入出金管理、証憑管理、立替経費精算等)
・総務関連業務(資産・備品管理、契約書等の書類管理、業者対応等)
・秘書業務(スケジュール管理、出張会食手配、エグゼクティブの業務補助、ビザ更新やSingPassのパスワード、ビジネス関連のリサーチ、家族のサポート等の私用代理)
※小規模の会社ですので広い範囲の業務を担当頂くことになります
労働時間:週2.5日 ※シフト制で、例えば月水金(週3日)出勤した翌週は火木(週2日)出勤といったイメージ。9時~17時(7時間実働・休憩1時間)希望ですが、事情に応じて多少の変更可能
賃金:時給20SGD
※留意点
・勤務時間帯はその日の案件によって前後することもあります
・就労時間は過去の履歴から50〜110時間/月の範囲。平均で70-80時間/月
・勤務場所は原則オフィス。労働者事由でリモートワークの場合は、時給2 SGD減額の可能性あり
Qualifications
Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・英語での読み書き、受電対応(簡単な受け答え)ができる英語力
(スピーキングは日常会話上級で問題ありませんが、書類等がすべて英語のため、読み書きは初級ビジネスレベルで必要になっております)
・事務のご経験、またはそれらの業務をこなせる方
・OA(Word, Excel, メール, またはLINE等のSNS)を使用可能
