  • Job Description

    Our Client is an HVAC distributor in Singapore. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team! The perfect fit will have a successful background in HVAC sales, particularly with ACMV products.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    Sales Development:
    - Identify and pursue new opportunities within the HVAC/ACMV industry.
    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.

    Client Relationship Management:
    - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
    - Provide technical support and product expertise as required.

    Team Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction:
    - Collaborate internally to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
    - Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects.

    Sales Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
    - Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals in alignment with company policies.

    Issue Resolution and Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
    - Attend site meetings, address customer complaints, and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
    - Fulfill any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Client Communication and Feedback Management:
    - Act as a client liaison, scheduling appointments and relaying important information to the sales team.
    - Conduct follow-up communications to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

    Project Development and Design Compliance:
    - Execute project development and design tasks adhering to client specifications, including equipment selection and sizing.

    Project Coordination and Proposal Preparation:
    - Participate in site assessments and pre-bid activities as necessary.
    - Attend tender explanations, and interviews, and contribute to project strategy, budgeting, and timeline development.

    Quoting, Procurement, and Cost Management:
    - Generate quotes, follow up on service retrofit work, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to meet project needs.
    - Maintain accurate records of unit costs and estimations for all projects.


  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Possess a Diploma in any field, preferably within the Engineering field
    - Minimum 2-3 years of Sales experience in the HVAC systems and ACMV products
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
    - Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Strong network in HVAC Projects related
