Job Description
Our client is a leading Japanese logistic company and they are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive - Moving & Relocation to be responsible for the day-to-day management of a full spectrum of customer service tasks.
【Responsibilities】
- Conduct on-site or virtual surveys for accommodation and relocation requirements, and prepare quotations based on clients’ needs
- Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate closely with overseas relocation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent service quality
- Manage daily customer service operations related to relocation services, ensuring a high standard of client experience throughout the process
【 Working Hours 】
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Saturday, Once a month)

【Requirements & Preferences】
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry is preferred
- Candidates with prior sales experience will be an advantage; candidates without experience who are willing to develop a career in sales are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2) is required to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking clientsEnglish Level
