They are seeking a Tender and Contract Manager (M&E).【 Responsibilities 】- Manage contractual matters and resolve project-related disputes in coordination with the Director and Project Team.- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are properly communicated and addressed.- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation of resources and manpower.- Coordinate with various project stakeholders and departments to facilitate smooth project execution.- Assist in the administration and management of main contracts.- Oversee all Quantity Surveying (QS) functions, including cost estimation, budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, variation claims, progress claims, contract payments, and final account settlement.- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).- Prepare and analyse tender costing and provide recommendations on contractual claims and procurement strategies.- Monitor project costs, evaluate completed works, and prepare and submit progress claims.- Track and assess variations to identify potential cost implications for ongoing projects.- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.- Prepare and submit product catalogues and sample boards as required.- Prepare detailed project progress reports and provide updates on project performance.- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
