Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial components and solutions for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products.They are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Executive / Assistant Manager to manage customer receivables, drive timely collections, assess customer credit risk, and support effective cash flow management.The successful candidate will be considered for either an Executive or Assistant Manager position based on their relevant experience, credit control expertise, and leadership capabilities.【 Responsibilities 】1. Accounts Receivable Management- Monitor customer receivable accounts and outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.- Perform reconciliations of customer accounts, receipts, and bank transactions.- Prepare month-end closing entries and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and collection-related enquiries.2. Credit Control & Collections- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and drive timely collection of outstanding payments.- Monitor customer payment behaviour and identify potential collection risks.- Conduct customer credit reviews by analysing financial statements, payment history, credit reports, credit utilisation, and business exposure. Prepare recommendations on credit limits or appropriate credit actions for Management's review and approval.- Work closely with the Sales team and customers to resolve collection issues, account disputes, and credit-related matters while balancing customer relationships with prudent credit risk management.- Recommend appropriate collection strategies and credit control measures to minimise overdue balances and bad debt exposure.3. Analysis & Reporting- Prepare Accounts Receivable ageing reports, collection performance analysis, and credit risk reports to support business and management decision-making.- Analyse the root causes of overdue accounts and recommend corrective actions.- Present collection status, credit risks, and recommendations clearly to Management and relevant stakeholders.4. Process Improvement- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, internal controls, and collection effectiveness.- Support finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and digitalisation projects.5. Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, the Sales team, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely collections and issue resolution.- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties when required.- Support ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by Management.6. Additional Responsibilities (Assistant Manager)- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily Accounts Receivable operations.- Review month-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of Accounts Receivable records.- Monitor departmental KPIs, operational risks, and internal controls.- Lead process improvement, digitalisation, and automation initiatives.- Review departmental workflows and recommend operational improvements.- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members on operational processes and best practices.- Support workload planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.- Foster knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial components and solutions for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring applications, Tools, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products.They are currently seeking an Automation / Motion Control Engineer to design, develop, and support automation solutions using PLC, Robotics, Vision, and Motion Control technologies. The successful candidate will be considered for either an Executive or Assistant Manager position based on their relevant experience, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership experience.【 Responsibilities 】1. Automation Solution Design & Development- Design and develop automation and motion control solutions using PLC, Robotics, Vision, and Motion Control technologies.- Understand customer manufacturing requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.- Develop system architectures and select appropriate electrical components for automation control systems.- Prepare electrical component specifications, bills of materials, purchase lists, and other technical documentation.- Support the programming, integration, and commissioning of Vision Systems, Robots, AGVs, Servo Systems, and other automation equipment.2. PLC Programming & Technical Support- Develop, modify, optimise, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure stable and reliable machine operation.- Diagnose and resolve issues related to motion control systems, robots, vision systems, AGVs, and servo systems.- Provide technical consultation and engineering support to customers and internal stakeholders.- Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.- Prepare technical reports, timing charts, and project documentation.3. Project Management & Implementation- Participate in automation projects from technical evaluation and solution design through implementation, commissioning, and project completion.- Coordinate with internal departments, headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.- Liaise with suppliers and customers on technical requirements, project schedules, and implementation matters.- Monitor project progress and support the timely completion of project milestones.4. Machine Performance & Continuous Improvement- Collect and analyse machine performance and execution timing data.- Identify opportunities to improve machine cycle time, productivity, and overall equipment performance.- Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and operational stability.- Participate in continuous improvement and equipment enhancement initiatives.5. Technical Sales & Customer Support- Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and project objectives.- Support technical presentations, solution proposals, and product recommendations.- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to customers and stakeholders.- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation to post-implementation support.6. Additional Responsibilities (Assistant Manager)- Lead the design and development of complex automation and motion control solutions.- Manage automation projects from technical evaluation through commissioning and final project completion.- Review and approve system architectures, electrical designs, component selections, and technical documentation.- Serve as the technical lead for complex customer projects and provide technical direction to project teams.- Lead technical presentations and recommend appropriate automation solutions to customers.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cycle time, productivity, and system performance.- Analyse complex machine performance issues and recommend effective technical solutions.- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior engineers.- Coordinate with headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, suppliers, and customers to resolve complex technical issues.- Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend solutions that strengthen the company's technical capabilities.
