Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for a Licensing Executive/ Senior Licensing Executive (Japanese Speaking).【Responsibilities】- To acquire IP (intellectual property) rights from external companies to collaborate with our trading card games- Source and identify new business opportunities from companies whose IP will fit into our games- Negotiate and execute new/renewable license agreements to comply with contractual requirements for product titles and maximize revenue opportunities- Negotiate royalty and minimum guarantees with companies for their IP- Create and manage licensing business documents, processes and records in both Japanese and English, including, but not limited to, licensing agreements/contracts administration, rights management, product release calendars, tracking of payment and royalties, facilitating of additional copyright licenses as necessary- Assist in the approval process of licensed products and marketing materials

The Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth operations while mitigating compliance risks amid the complexities and evolving regulatory requirements of trade compliance. Given the volatility and increasing unpredictability of export control regulations in the US, EU, and Japan, this role is critical in maintaining adherence to applicable laws and policies.Reporting to: Order Fulfilment Division Head【 Responsibilities 】- Operate within the Quality & Regulatory Compliance organization.- Oversee all trade compliance responsibilities across the Asia/Pacific region.- Ensure compliance with all applicable import and export regulations.- Fulfill both implicit and explicit commitments by facilitating seamless export of goods to customers and efficient import from the supply chain.- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to all offices regarding international import/export compliance management (ITC), licensing, training, auditing, and continuous improvement strategies.- Support global and regional initiatives to maintain continuity with the corporate trade compliance strategy.- Effectively translate trade compliance objectives into actionable local and regional initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
