Our client is a Japanese construction company seeking a Sales Engineer to expand its construction project sales activities in Singapore and the region.Reporting To: Managing Director / Director【 Responsibilities 】- Liaise and communicate with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents and contracts based on project requirements.- Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects for tender opportunities.- Handle sales inquiries and build long-term business relationships with existing clients and contractors.- Conduct commercial negotiation with clients for potential and ongoing projects.- Follow up closely on projects process and completion to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, required quality standards, and regulatory compliance.- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and project strategies for clients.- Work collaboratively across all organizational levels to ensure projects are executed efficiently with appropriate resource utilization.

They are currently seeking a Assistant Engineer/ Engineer (Mechanical / ACMV).【Responsibilities】- Manage Mechanical / ACMV projects from supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.- Coordinate with main contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors- Attend site meetings and monitor project progress- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements- Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and BIM models- Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation
