Our client is a Japanese specialized trading company focusing on the global trade of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Japanese speaking) to lead and establish their in-house finance and accounting function as the company transitions from outsourcing to internal management.You will be reporting directly to the CEO. 【Responsibilities】- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance- Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals as needed- Develop and implement internal accounting and finance processes- Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations- Lead financial initiatives that drive business growth- Prepare the company for IPO readiness, including financial audits, internal controls, and documentation- Support capital raising activities and coordinate with legal, IR, and underwriting teams as necessary‐ Ensure compliance with listing regulations and investor reporting requirements post-IPO
