Our client, a subsidiary of a Japanese-listed manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join their team.This role is responsible for driving sales growth and strategic business development for the company's wafer carrier business across the Southeast Asia and India markets. The successful candidate will leverage their semiconductor industry knowledge to strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the company's regional growth strategy.【Responsibilities】- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and establish key partnerships with customers to drive revenue growth within the region.- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on market trends & competition to expand company’s customer base and market presence.- Manage sales budget, allocate resources efficiently and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management.- Collaborate with sales & factory team to ensure products to be produced and shipped to customers per required & committed lead time.- Travel in the Southeast region is required.

Our client, a renowned Japanese manufacturer specializing in pumps, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.【 Responsibilities 】- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of pump technology and its varied applications across diverse industries.- Develop new accounts and grow the market shares with existing customers.- Identify, understand, and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements.- Engage with customers to assess their fluid handling challenges, such as hazardous, corrosive, or high-temperature liquids, and provide technical advice on the most suitable pump solutions.- Creating superb presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.- Visit customers at their workplace/office/construction site.- Handle inspections and other site related matters.- On-the-job training will be provided.

Product Design & Development- Design and develop IC sockets and/or connectors for semiconductor applications- Develop products using machined parts, stamped parts, and injection-molded components- Lead projects from concept design to mass production, including prototyping, design iterations, and production release- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T for high-precision mechanical components2. Design Quality & Engineering Validation- Conduct DFM / DFA / DFMEA at both part and assembly levels- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, and define corrective actions- Ensure design robustness for high power, high current, and/or high-speed applications3. Co-Design & Simulation- Collaborate in mechanical, thermal, and electrical co-design activities- Perform mechanical simulation (FEA) using SolidWorks- Conduct thermal simulations for air or liquid cooling solutions using SolidWorks- Perform high-frequency electromagnetic simulation using Ansys HFSS4.
