Our client is one of the leading producers of air conditioning devices and is currently seeking a Senior Regional Sales Engineer to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Plan and achieve sales objectives and monthly sales target- Conduct presentation to client with basic knowledge of BMS- Present and introduce product and services with in-depth knowledge- Create value to customer with company's solution- Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required- Handle affiliates complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues- Manage good customer relationship with existing clients- Prepare sales and delivery order, update deliver schedule and ensure goods are delivered on time- Prepare project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
