They are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Service Engineer to join their team.Sales: 70% & Service: 30%【 Responsibilities 】- Promote sales activities and collaborate with manufacturers, consultants, and contractors to drive business opportunities.- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and job quotations for ad hoc requests from clients and end-users.- Manage and coordinate with term contractors and key partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.- Attend to customer requests and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.- Respond promptly to emergency calls in the event of equipment malfunction or failure.- Manage and maintain ISO documentation in compliance with company standards.

Our client is involved with maintaining and repairing vertical and horizontal transport. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare sales estimates for maintenance parts- Create and negotiate quotations with customers- Monitor and update the status of ongoing sales activities- Prepare reports related to quotations and sales operations- Issue job instructions and relevant documentation for assigned tasks- Assist in developing and maintaining software/tools to support sales activities- Coordinate with other departments on work-related matters- Report all section-related matters to the immediate superior- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior- Maintain proper records and filing of completed tasks- Ensure confidentiality of all data and information handled- Comply with the Environmental Policy, including waste reduction and pollution prevention efforts

This role of a Service Engineer is responsible for performing annual and 5-yearly services on lifeboats and re-hooking jobs for life and rescue boats and davits. 【 What you will be doing 】- Handle Lifeboat and davits servicing, operational and workshop matters- Conduct commissioning, installation, and sea trial for new lifeboats, davits and Liferaft / Fire Fighting Equipment.- Perform Annual & five yearly services for all types of LIFEBOATS, RESCUE BOATS & LAUNCHING APPLIANCES.- Provide customers with technical support and a high level of service.- Overseas service jobs and intensive travel overseas.- Responsible for Developing safety plans, implementation & certification of Jobs carried out on lifeboats.
