Our client is providing products and solutions in Process, Building, and Factory automation. As the company continues expanding across Southeast Asia and India, they are seeking an experienced Control Engineering Specialist to support regional Building Automation projects and drive engineering excellence.As a Control Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for the engineering, programming, commissioning, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial buildings. You will also play a key role in supporting regional projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring engineering teams across Southeast Asia and India.This position is ideal for experienced BMS professionals who enjoy working on complex automation systems while contributing to regional technical development.【Responsibilities】- Design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control strategies for HVAC systems, including:a. Chillersb. Air Handling Units (AHU)c. Fan Coil Units (FCU)d. Cooling Towerse. VRF/VRV Systemsf. Ventilation Systems- Perform engineering design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS, DDC, and PLC control systems.- Develop and modify control logic, programming, and graphical user interfaces (GUI) for building automation projects.- Configure and integrate communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.- Review HVAC mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.- Design and validate air-side and water-side control sequences to maximize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability.- Support project teams during installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning activities.- Prepare engineering documentation including:a. Control narrativesb. Point listsc. I/O schedulesd. Commissioning reportse. Operation & Maintenance manuals- Evaluate and implement modern automation technologies and control architectures.- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.- Conduct technical training and workshops on HVAC control systems and BMS solutions.- Travel overseas when required to support project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and engineering training.

They are currently looking for an Senior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for product design from concept through mass production, technical coordination with customers and suppliers, and cross-functional project execution.Report to: Senior Designing Manger【Responsibilities】1. Product Design & Development- Design and develop IC sockets and/or connectors for semiconductor applications- Develop products using machined parts, stamped parts, and injection-molded components- Lead projects from concept design to mass production, including prototyping, design iterations, and production release- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T for high-precision mechanical components2. Design Quality & Engineering Validation- Conduct DFM / DFA / DFMEA at both part and assembly levels- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, and define corrective actions- Ensure design robustness for high power, high current, and/or high-speed applications3. Co-Design & Simulation- Collaborate in mechanical, thermal, and electrical co-design activities- Perform mechanical simulation (FEA) using SolidWorks- Conduct thermal simulations for air or liquid cooling solutions using SolidWorks- Perform high-frequency electromagnetic simulation using Ansys HFSS4. Customer & Supplier Interface- Conduct technical discussions with customers- Translate customer requirements into detailed engineering specifications- Coordinate with tool makers, machining vendors, molding suppliers, or in-house factories- Provide technical support during product development and production phases
