Our Client is a Japanese-listed industrial machine manufacturing company. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Field Support Engineer/Engineer/Senior Engineer (Mechatronic) to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of semiconductor equipment and vacuum pumps at customer sites.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical and electrical engineering foundation who enjoy hands-on equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.You will gain practical exposure to semiconductor equipment and vacuum pump technology, supported by product and technical training.【Responsibilities】- Carry out equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor and industrial equipment.- Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment faults using technical drawings, operating data and test instruments.- Disassemble, inspect, overhaul, repair, reassemble and test dry and wet vacuum pumps according to approved procedures.- Inspect mechanical components, electrical connections, sensors and other equipment parts to identify faults.- Replace or adjust components and verify equipment performance after servicing.- Prepare tools, spare parts and equipment required for service assignments.- Record work performed, measurements, parts used, equipment conditions, and outstanding issues accurately in service reports.- Coordinate service activities with customers and internal technical teams.- Escalate faults or delays beyond assigned technical competence with clear information and troubleshooting findings.- Support and guide Assistant Engineers where applicable.- Follow company and customer safety, quality, and cleanroom requirements.- Participate in overseas product and technical training for 3–6 months in Japan, China, Taiwan or Thailand, as assigned.

They are looking for an experienced Electrical / Electronic Field Support Engineer / Senior Engineer to support semiconductor equipment and vacuum pump service at customer sites.This role is suited to an engineer with strong hands-on experience in electrical diagnostics, equipment controls, and troubleshooting, preferably gained from an equipment manufacturer, distributor, or service vendor.You will be responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with particular emphasis on electrical and control systems.【Responsibilities】- Carry out equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective servicing at customer sites.- Diagnose electrical, electronic and control-related faults using electrical schematics, technical drawings, operating data and test instruments.- Inspect wiring, control panels, electrical components and equipment control systems to identify faults and determine corrective actions.- Trace electrical faults and perform component replacement, adjustment and testing according to approved procedures.- Support authorised PLC programme backups and transfers, parameter adjustments and functional checks.- Perform or coordinate servicing, overhaul, repair and testing of dry and wet vacuum pumps within assigned technical competence.- Verify equipment performance following repair and troubleshooting activities.- Prepare detailed service reports covering fault conditions, diagnosis, work performed, parts used, test results and follow-up actions.- Communicate technical findings and service progress with customers and internal technical teams.- Escalate complex faults with clear technical evidence and troubleshooting results.- Provide guidance to Assistant Engineers and junior team members where applicable.- Follow all company and customer safety, quality and cleanroom requirements.- Participate in overseas product and technical training for 3–6 months in Japan, China, Taiwan or Thailand, as assigned.
