Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. We are looking for a Finance Project Specialist to join the Finance Shared Services team. This role combines Accounts Payable operations with finance transformation and project management, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both operational excellence and continuous process improvement.The successful candidate will manage end-to-end AP processes, payment operations, supplier master data, and participate in regional finance projects to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.【Responsibilities】1. Accounts Payable Operations- Process supplier invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.- Perform daily and month-end Accounts Payable activities, including account reconciliations.- Resolve invoice discrepancies arising from 2-way and 3-way matching.- Conduct monthly and quarterly supplier statement reconciliations.- Support corporate and statutory reporting requirements.- Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) internal controls and operational KPIs.- Maintain proper document retention in accordance with legal and company requirements.- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.- Handle AP-related issues, business escalations, and troubleshooting promptly.- Prepare operational metrics and exception reports.- Ensure GST/VAT compliance for invoices in collaboration with the tax team.- Lead or support AP process improvement initiatives, including e-Invoicing compliance across supported countries.2. Payment Management- Execute manual and Host-to-Host (H2H) payment processing after proper invoice verification.- Prepare cash flow forecasts for Treasury to ensure sufficient funding.- Investigate and resolve payment failures, rejections, and exceptions.- Support or lead banking-related projects involving payment profiles and payment process enhancements.3. Supplier Master Data Management- Maintain supplier master records accurately and promptly.- Review supplier bank account changes to ensure compliance with internal controls.- Implement measures to minimize financial fraud risks.4. Project Management & Process Improvement- Lead or participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.- Support regional projects such as:- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) enhancements- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration- System implementation and process optimization- Perform business process analysis and recommend practical improvements.- Coordinate project planning, stakeholder communication, scheduling, and execution.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory requirements across the assigned region.The successful candidate will serve as the key finance and tax specialist, working closely with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax agents, and the global accounting team to ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage multiple responsibilities while driving process improvements and supporting business operations.【Responsibilities】1. Financial Accounting & Reporting- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Group reporting requirements, and local statutory regulations.- Prepare and submit local statutory financial statements and related regulatory filings within stipulated deadlines.- Perform monthly account reconciliations and review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.2.
