Our client is the premier provider of branded packaging and products for the luxury segment, specializing in global sourcing and logistical solutions for premium retail and specialty brands. Currently, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.【Responsibilities】- Process transactions, including sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software.- Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries quickly and correctly.- Create and provide order acknowledgements to customers.- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers to ensure effective and timely processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders.- Analyze customer inquiries, research solutions, if necessary, and provide suggestions for resolution to the Account Manager.- Collaborate with the Account Team to monitor and manage inventory.- Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.- Maintain a thorough understanding of designated accounts, including product knowledge, to make effective suggestions to the Account Manager.- Prepare various account-related reports for the Account Manager to review.- Assist the Account Team with daily functions.
