Our Client, a well-known construction engineering company, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor.You will be reporting to the Contract Manager【Responsibilities】- Maintain and organize all tender documents, drawings, and corrigenda in accordance with internal document control procedures.- Review and verify tender drawings and details; prepare tender enquiries accordingly.- Support the supervisor in calling for quotations, shortlisting qualified subcontractors/vendors, and distributing tender documents.- Perform accurate quantity take-offs within the required timelines.- Assist in tender evaluation and preparation of final submission documents.- Ensure all records and documentary evidence are properly maintained for audit and substantiation purposes.- Interpret and understand M&E drawings and specifications.- Conduct site verifications for variations and maintain accurate records for claim submissions.- Assist the Project Manager or assigned personnel in evaluating and certifying completed works.- Verify subcontractor claims and assist in progress claim submissions and payment tracking (under Contract Manager’s guidance).- Monitor all material orders and report on balance quantities/material reconciliation.
