This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of operations and commercial coordination, requiring both accuracy in execution and responsiveness under time-sensitive conditions.Reporting to: Head of Department【Responsibilities】Logistics — Shipment Booking & Freight Management- Book and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers across sea, air, and land modes- Negotiate freight rates and service terms; regularly benchmark against the market to ensure cost competitiveness- Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or any issues with a sense of urgency- Lead the carrier selection process by evaluating carriers against defined criteria covering cost, transit time, reliability, and compliance; maintain an approved carrier list and review it periodically- Ensure full compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms- Coordinate with relevant parties to follow up and resolve complex cargo claimsInternal Sales Coordination — Affiliate Management- Serve as the operational point of contact for internal sales affiliates, managing order intake and fulfilment coordination- Monitor sales orders and purchase orders across affiliates; identify demand patterns and flag supply constraints proactively- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records; prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress, and any open issues for internal stakeholders- Work closely with affiliates to navigate order processing workflows and ensure PO discrepancies are identified and resolved accurately and on time- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
