Our Client is a Japanese Real Estate Investment firm This role of a Manager (Real Estate Investment Project) is responsible for Research and Project management You will be reporting to the Managing Director 【 What you will be doing 】- Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)- Build and maintain relationships with related parties- Proposal creation- Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.- Corporate analysis, financial analysis- Case study research for surrounding projects- Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract, and Legal check- Investment analysis- Preparation of reports- Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)- Supervision of development projects- Check financial results and reports- Correspondence of new business/cooperation- Managing return on investment including sale- Support to an overseas branch- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by MD

They are looking for a Manager (Japanese Speaking).【 What you will be doing 】- Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.- Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.- Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.- Analyze the workload of each project and task Adjust the master schedule of each project- Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for the IT department- Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)- Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement- Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation and proposal of further improvement etc.)
