  Our client is a Japanese forklift dealer providing forklift rental and sales services in Singapore. They are seeking a Director to oversee business operations, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, and support the company’s growth.
  
  The role reports to the current Director and Japan Head Office and offers the opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibilities over time.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, with a strong focus on field-based customer visits and account management
  - Conduct regular visits to existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
  - Work closely with the sales team, which is primarily responsible for new business development
  - Monitor business operations and support the overall management of the company
  - Coordinate with the Japan Head Office and provide regular business updates and reports
  - Support communication and coordination between the Singapore office and Japan Head Office
  - Identify opportunities to improve business operations and expand the company’s business in Singapore and overseas markets
  - Travel for business when required, including potential overseas travel for sourcing and market expansion activities
  - Take on broader management responsibilities and work towards becoming the future Director of the company
