  Our client is an architectural metal products and facade engineering firm.
  
  As a Construction Manager (Facade), you will be expected to assist the Project Manager in executing assigned construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing total project management, including time management, cost control, quality assurance, site administration, and safety compliance. The primary goal of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction, build trust, and maintain the company's competitive edge as a specialist leader in facade engineering.
  
  Reporting to: Project Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  1. Contract Management
  - Understand contractual requirements and scope of work based on specifications, drawings, and mock-ups.
  - Assist the Project Manager in fulfilling and implementing contractual obligations for site and installation work.
  
  2. Site Management
  - Collaborate with Project Managers to plan installation workflows, including manpower distribution, material storage, and equipment allocation.
  - Control and monitor subcontractors regarding material protection, storage, handling, and installation quality.
  - Represent the company in meetings with developers, consultants, and main contractors to coordinate site and construction activities.
  - Lead morning exercises, toolbox meetings, and housekeeping efforts as required.
  - Maintain organized site documentation in coordination with the Project Secretary and construction team.
  
  3. Manpower Management
  - Assist in the planning, sourcing, and allocation of manpower.
  - Maximize the productivity of subcontractors and onsite workers.
  - Lead, train, and motivate subordinates, ensuring timely resolution of site issues and optimal performance.
  
  4. Time Management
  - Work with the Project Manager and Planner to organize and schedule site work in alignment with contract milestones and project programs.
  - Collaborate with the technical department to develop time-saving construction methods and strategies.
  - Coordinate effectively with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient project completion.
  - Proactively identify potential construction delays, highlight risks, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
  
  5. Cost Management
  - Assist the Project Manager in budgeting and planning for site, construction, material, and equipment costs prior to implementation.
  - Collaborate with the Project Manager and construction staff to control, monitor, and optimize costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Work alongside the Project Manager, Procurement Department, and Quantity Surveyor to assist in the appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
  - Prepare and present reports for project cost meetings.
  
  6. Quality Management
  - Assist the Project Manager in quality control and assurance to ensure all work meets specified workmanship standards, consultant requirements, Conquos scores, and Quality Mark standards.
  - Coordinate with the QAQC team regarding quality inspections, rectifications, testing, and documentation.
  - Partner with the Design and Technical departments to resolve site, installation, and material-related issues.
  
  7. Safety Management
  - Assist the Project Manager with safety compliance, control, enforcement, administration, documentation, and promotion.
  - Work with safety and construction staff to develop risk assessments and safe work procedures.
  - Coordinate and collaborate with the Main Contractor and other subcontractors to ensure full compliance with authority, site, client, and project safety requirements.
