  Our client is a Japanese IT solutions company providing software development and engineering services to clients across the financial services and enterprise technology sectors. They are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to drive new business development, strengthen key client relationships, and provide customised software engineering resource solutions.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise technology companies.
  - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new software development projects and business opportunities.
  - Conduct client meetings, sales pitches, and technical presentations to understand business and technical requirements.
  - Assess client software development needs and translate them into technical requirements, skill sets, and resource requirements.
  - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and propose suitable Software Developers, Technical Leads, and DevOps Engineers based on client requirements.
  - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including SOWs, MSAs, and SLAs, and support RFPs, RFIs, and vendor onboarding processes.
  - Propose suitable delivery models, including dedicated development teams, IT staff augmentation, hybrid project teams, and onsite/offshore arrangements.
  - Support client onboarding and maintain close communication with key stakeholders to ensure deployed engineers meet project requirements and performance expectations.
