    Our client designs, develops, and supplies hardware, software and integrated solutions for applications in payment, self-service operation and environment management. They are looking for Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager (Fintech & Payment).

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Partnership Development & Fintech Ecosystem Building
    - Support the company's growth initiatives by contributing to payment ecosystem development and regulatory readiness activities.
    - Build and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, payment networks, banking partners, payment service providers, and other key industry stakeholders.
    - Explore and develop new partnership opportunities related to payment solutions, digital financial services, and card-related programs.
    - Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

    2. Business Development & Solution Consulting
    - Drive revenue growth by promoting the company's payment and SaaS solutions to educational institutions and enterprise customers.
    - Develop long-term relationships with schools, universities, healthcare organizations, and other institutional clients.
    - Identify new business opportunities and design tailored payment solutions that address customer needs and operational challenges.
    - Manage the full sales cycle, from business development and proposal preparation to account management and customer retention.

    3. Regional Market Expansion
    - Support the company's expansion strategy by identifying and developing business opportunities across Asia.
    - Establish and maintain partnerships with local service providers, financial institutions, and strategic partners in target markets.
    - Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of payment solutions.
    - Contribute to market entry planning, partnership frameworks, and scalable growth strategies to support long-term regional development.

  • 任职资格

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or partnership development
    - At least 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience; experience in EduTech or Healthcare is an advantage
    - Good understanding of the Payment Services Act (PS Act), AML, transaction monitoring, safeguarding requirements, and payment scheme rules
    - Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard scheme rules, acquiring/issuing processes, and payment service provider (PSP) ecosystems
    - Proven track record in solution selling to institutions such as schools, hospitals, universities, or multi-site organizations
    - Ability to build and manage relationships with partners, financial institutions, and key decision-makers across Asian markets
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
    - Experience selling payment solutions to educational institutions or campus operators is highly preferred
    - Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
    - Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or other Asian languages is required for effective liaison with regional stakeholders, depending on market needs
