Our client is a global FMCG company specializing in baby and maternity products.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Key Accounts) focused on modern trade, general trade, department stores, and baby specialty stores.
【 Responsibilities 】
Key Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow key retail accounts including modern trade, general trade, departmental stores, and baby specialty stores.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers and retail partners to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for expansion and performance improvement.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and gaps.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and shelf optimization.
- Plan and execute account-specific promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of POS materials, promotional displays, and planogram compliance across retail outlets.
Product Launch & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate stock transition activities and ensure smooth execution of new product launches.
- Work closely with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and delivery fulfillment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align business strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends within the FMCG industry.
- Share market feedback and insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
资格
任职资格
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of FMCG B2B sales in the Singapore market within modern trade, general trade, departmental stores, or baby specialty retail accounts
- More than 3 years handling key accounts, retail execution, and distributor management within the FMCG industry
- More than 3 years of experience in sales planning and product launch
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for sales planning) and PowerPoint (for presentations)
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
(Advantageous)
- Experience in Power BI and Business Central
- Familiarity with baby and maternity products or experience working in a Japanese company culture.英文
