Our client is an IT services company specializing in IT infrastructure operations, system development, and support services. They are currently seeking a Client & Operations Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients, Head Office, management, and employees
- Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders including legal firms, accounting firms, HR service providers, and other business partners
- Attend client meetings and external meetings when required
- Approve operational and financial transactions within delegated authority limits
- Review, endorse, and sign documents on behalf of management where necessary
- Exercise sound operational and commercial judgment on behalf of the Managing Director when required
- Support operational coordination and alignment across departments
- Manage, guide, and supervise team members to ensure accountability and performance standards
- Handle confidential matters professionally and appropriately
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

任职资格
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, HR, client servicing, or corporate support roles
- Experience in HR coordination, employee relations, or office administration processes
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Basic to intermediate IT knowledge with the ability to understand IT-related business discussions
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with employees, clients, senior management, and business partners
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity
- Independent, mature, and capable of exercising sound judgment and decision-making

- Experience working with Japanese companies or within Japanese corporate culture
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience handling disputes or sensitive matters professionally
