Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Ensure all work orders are pick & pack in accordance with specifications.
- Perform all warehouse functions include receiving, stock-in, picking, sorting, QC, packing, counting activities.
- Perform stuffing and unstuffing of containers for goods receiving and outgoing shipment.
- Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary.
- Perform shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
- Ensure all stocks are neatly label and store in appropriate locations.
- Ensure all warehouse area and equipment are secure, clean, tidy and maintained.
- Ensure all equipment within warehouse area are maintain.
- Perform monthly cycle count.
- Ensure new materials are placed in assigned locations.
- Standby duties for weekends & public holidays.
- Perform warehouse operations to achieve desired KPI set by the management.
- Support ESH sub-committee for any safety/risk related issues.
- Support Driver as delivery assistant when needed.
- Perform other assignments as required.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must Have)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and related IT systems.
- Posses a valid forklift licence.英文
