    Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is seeking a Senior Import & Export Officer to support its international sales and logistics operations.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Handle and manage import and export shipments, including documentation and coordination.
    - Prepare and process shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
    - Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
    - Monitor shipment schedules and respond promptly to any delays or urgent issues.
    - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies.
    - Maintain accurate records of shipping documents and operational activities.
    - Work independently to handle urgent shipments and operational tasks.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in air & sea freight
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding
    - Good knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
    - Hands-on experience in documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
    - Strong ability to liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
    - Proficiency in English, as it is required for communication with international counterparts
    - Able to join immediately

    (Advantageous)
    - Candidates residing in the East are preferred.
    - Candidates who are able to start immediately will be preferred
    - Educational background in logistics, supply chain, international business, or related field
    - Experience in trade compliance and regulatory requirements
    - Familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems
    - Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    - Strong analytical skills in monitoring shipment timelines and performance
    - Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage
