    Our Client is a Japanese engineering company specializing in the Marine industry and looking for a Sales Executive to join their organization.

    Reporting to: Assistant Manager / Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    1.Relationship and Account Management
    - Building Client Relationships: Developing trust with prospective and existing buyers to understand their long-term business needs.
    - Providing Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role includes participation in a 24/7 customer support on-call rotation as part of the team.
    - Managing After-Sales Support: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, which often leads to repeat business or referrals.

    2.Generating Leads and Prospecting
    - Identifying potential customers through research and customer visits.
    - Presenting and Demonstrating Products: Tailoring pitches and live demonstrations to show how a product or service solves a specific prospect's problems.
    - Negotiating and Closing Deals: Handling objections and negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company margins.
    - Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently striving to meet or exceed specific monthly, quarterly, or annual revenue quotas set by management.

    3.Strategic and Administrative Tasks
    - Conducting Market Research: Monitoring competitor pricing, products, and industry trends to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
    - Maintaining CRM Systems: Accurately logging all client interactions, sales figures, and pipeline updates in software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    - Producing Sales Reports: Creating regular performance reports and forecasting future sales progress for senior management.
    - Liaising with Internal Teams: Collaborating with technical and finance to align messaging and ensure order fulfillment.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum of at least 2 years of sales experience is required (experience in the shipping/marine industry or related industries is highly preferred)
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
    - Highly goal-oriented with resilience and adaptability
    - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
